The road show mission is to open the world of the newest Samsung technologies to the widest audience and demonstrate functions of innovation products, their simplicity and interactive user-friendliness.

TARGET
• Inform TA and business partners about the capabilities of the new Samsung products.
• Break the barriers and stereotypes as for the new technologies.
• Generation of interest and demand.

SOLUTION
• В2С: the agency developed and produced 176 m2 multifunctional stand featuring several interactive zones.
• В2В: in each city there were press conferences for Samsung business partners and journalists, trainings for the dealers, and gala dinners with entertainment program.

FACTS
This is the turn-key project: from organization and materials’ logistics to visual content for the devices and OOH announcement.
• Venue scouting (shopping malls, hotels, business centers, restaurants).
• KV of the event.
• Development and production of stand, special furniture for the innovation equipment.
• Interaction for all zones of the stand (QR-based activities, caricatures on Samsung Galaxy Note II, cyber games).
• Special uniform for the promoters.
• Team of 20 travelling from city to city and dozens of people in each region.
• Hotel accommodation for the dealers.
• Organization of the action with presents’ distribution (incl. legal issues).
• Staff casting in each city.
• Photo and video reports from each city.
